Holidays

Yesterday I spent some time with this handsome fella in what I like to call the emerald Forest. My day was interrupted by an incident that occurred for reasons that are too involved to explain. However, for the 2nd time in my life I was placed in a group text among people I do not know. Typically I detest being part of group texts on my personal phone especially with people I have never met on or offline; but this time I began receiving devotions and scriptures in the “christianese” language (a term I was recently introduced to). So, I took the opportunity to slip in a few scriptures of my own including a video from Brother Damien Powell. This was all seemingly harmless until someone sent a text that said: “Happy Fourth of July” which at that time I stated: “I do not celebrate this holiday or any worldly holidays as satanists use the energy from these celebrations to carry out the work of their father the devil.” Well It’s true, satanists harvest the energy from these celebrations especially birthdays and Xmas to perform works in the spritual realm to bring about effects in the physical. What is interesting is that they, satanists, work harder for the devil, than christians do for YESHUA (Jesus). They know the truth, they know that the spiritual realm is real and that the physical realm is temporary; decaying everyday. It’s just that they have decided to work with the enemy for earthly physical gain and lies of eternal life. So upon submission of my brutally honest statement, I figured it would either 1, get me removed from the group text, or 2, initiate questions causing people to research what they believe. As expected, it caused the former to happen, but not before I was called a derogatory name.

It states in Matt 7:16 By their deeds you will recognize them — for a man is not able to gather grapes from a bramble, neither figs from thorn bushes. This is what christianity does, it causes people to read through scriptures that make them feel good providing a false sense of salvation. The problem with this is that when this type of believer is pressed, calling someone a derogatory name is their fruit that is revealed. Christianity does not cause one to consider that these scriptures which promise, safety, provision, and peace are meant for the righteous, when it should. Well who are the righteous? They are those who follow the laws and commandments of our Father YAHWEH (Lord). While YAHWEH can and will do as He pleases, it is very possible that He will bless someone not keeping His laws to reveal Himself and possibly because He knows it will get them on the path to righteousness. However, any blessings we receive here on earth are meant only to glorify His name, advance His Kingdom, and provide us an eternal life with the Elohim (Mighty Ones (God)). Anything additional to this is a bonus such as a nice home, instead of a tent or a high paying job, instead of minimum wage. However it must be understood that the enemy also can give these type of bonus blessings; and when we lump these in with feel good happy path scriptures and consistent S U N D A Y service worship, we are led to believe that we are saved and will have eternal life with the Father; when we are not, and we won’t. In Rev 12:9 it says “That old serpent called the devil and satan, who deceives the whole world” Who deceives the WHOLE world? I’m included in this too, however I have chosen to not remain within the deception.

It states in Deuteronomy 30:16 In that I command you this day to love YAHWEH your Elohim, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments and His statutes and His judgments; then you shall live; and multiply exceedingly; and YAHWEH (Lord) your Elohim (Mighty Ones or God) shall bless you in the land which you are entering to possess. Deuteronomy 30:19-20 I call heaven and earth to bear witness against you this day, that I have set before you life and death, blessings and cursings; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; 20: That you may love YAHWEH (Lord) your Elohim (Mighty Ones or God) and that you may obey His voice, and that you may cleave to Him; for He is your life and the length of your days; that you may dwell in the land which YAHWEH swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give to you. Wow! so beautiful “He is your life”, He certainly is my life; HalleluYAH! So you see in choosing life we choose to walk in Covenant with our Elohim (Mighty Ones (God)) and this life extends into eternity. This Covenant and His laws are forever and will always remain. These laws will be upheld now by the true believers on earth today and into eternity. They will always be followed with or without you.

Part of YAHWEH’S Covenant Laws is to celebrate His Appointed Times or holidays. He created these Appointed Times for us to remember the captivity of our ancestors and how He brought them out by His hand through works of miracles and freed them from Mitzrayim (Egypt), unlike President Lincoln. These holidays remind us of all that he has done, our Covenant with Him, and the sacrifice of YESHUA. They represent an entire history of a relationship with our Creator. We are to celebrate Him, WITH Him in remembrance of His love for us, and His provision. These celebrations and what they mean are beautiful and they do not bring on stress or debt. Here is a listing of these Appointed Times as follows: The weekly last day of the week Shabbat, Yom Teruah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Pesach (Passover), Feast of Unleavened Bread, and Shavuot - Feast of Weeks. To learn more information about these holidays, details on why they exist, and how to celebrate them I will list some videos below. I know that many of you will read the names of these Holidays and say “Hey whaduyamean, ain’t these holidays are for the Jews?” Please refer to my previous message titled “The Covenant” and as well read the entire chapter of Deuteronomy 28; then think for yourselves again exactly who should be celebrating these holidays. You see, it really doesn’t matter how much people pray to our Father YAHWEH (Lord) at these secular holidays even Thanksgiving, Xmas and Easter. He is not there, and He does not hear the prayers. Prov 28:9 He who closes his ears from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination. If we do not follow His laws and commandments He does not hear our prayers.

So, if you are living your best life, possessing a beautiful house, home, family, travels, vacation, money etc but are not keeping the laws of YAHWEH, not keeping Shabbat (Sabbath) on S A T instead of S U N, and not keeping the levitical laws which include His holidays, please consider where all those blessings are coming from. You may just be living your best life now, however you are spiritually dead with no hope of salvation. YESHUA (Jesus) whom everyone claims to believe in is the written word made flesh. What is the written word? it’s the Torah. What is the Torah, it is YAHWEH’S established laws and commandments. Believing in YESHUA (Jesus) Is not merely a thought, it is an action. We love and believe in Him by keeping His Commandments.

Shalom!
